Recent Successes
The office's recent successes are many and varied.

  • In a domestic violence trial, the fact that the person bringing the charges told Tom's client to "bite me, bitch" led to a Not Guilty jury verdict in Isabella County.

  • Many attorneys claim that "there is no alimony in Michigan." Tom won alimony for a client after just a few years of marriage, in Isabella County.

  • Another client charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct walked out of court a free man after nearly 20 years of being in prison, on parole or probation, in Isabella County.

  • A company claimed to owe over a million dollars hired Tom. The other side got nothing, after a trial in Midland County.

  • One client charged with domestic violence, and who had her daughter removed from her home, found all charges dismissed without even a trial because of Tom's advocacy, in Gratiot and Isabella counties.

  • A man sued his lawyer for malpractice, claiming he was owed over $12 million. The jury said the lawyer owed nothing, after Tom tried the case

  • A man in Bay County was charged with kidnapping, felony assualt, and felony theft charges. A jury acuitted him of all felonies.

  • One of Tom's clients was tried on two separate charges of drunk driving. Result: drunk driving charges dismissed.
